Construction Administration

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION:

Protecting the clients investment, vision and the projects integrity is our primary role. Through periodic site visits, clarifying details in the construction drawings, and providing solutions for unforeseen circumstances, we serve as the clients advocate. As with project management, our approach to construction administration relies on the use of experienced professionals with strong communication skills who leverage technology for maximum efficiency.

Successful construction administration is similar to project management, the same basic skill and mind sets apply, the following task are key to the process:

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

FIELD OBSERVATION

Periodic site visits to observe progress, quality of work and protect the clients best interest.

BUDGET OVERSIGHT
